sorry for calling you out. You make a great point that "the grass is always greener on the other side." I could easily see how it could get to that when the military moves everyone around all the time.

Anyways, you make a good point about not looking back since we move every so often. Missing one place will make a new place miserable.
I kinda think that you can "learn" not to be homesick; over the time the home is where you are. Or at least it has happened to me after moving quite a bit and living all over the world, I just have my home with me - if that makes any sense....?
